Gillian began her career in 2012 as a retail broker for construction industry professionals in Melbourne, Australia. This experience gave her valuable insights into managing client expectations and delivering outcomes, whether navigating soft- or hard-market strategies. In January 2021, Gillian joined CJ Coleman’s Professional & Executive Lines team. She continues to approach every risk with meticulous care, seeking to build relationships grounded in humility and trust whilst gaining a thorough understanding of the risks involved. Her deep commitment to understanding the intricacies of insurance has made her adaptable across various insurance classes. This flexibility allows her to apply foundational knowledge across diverse products and regions, ultimately helping clients develop robust insurance programmes.
