Jim Foster

Finance Director

Jim joined CJ Coleman in 1985 and was appointed Finance Director in 2002. With more than 30 years' specialist experience in insurance-broker accounting, he oversees the firm's financial operations, including corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and the management and safeguarding of client funds. Leading the Finance team, Jim is responsible for financial reporting, regulatory returns, market settlements, and the maintenance of robust financial controls that underpin the business. As a member of the Compliance Committee, he actively contributes to the firm's governance, ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity, operational discipline, and regulatory oversight.
