Rebecca has nearly four decades of experience in the Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance market, spanning both underwriting and broking. Throughout her career, she has delivered strategic insurance solutions while building long-standing relationships across global markets. Rebecca began her career underwriting US and multinational risks at AXA Global Solutions before relocating to the United States, where she spent 12 years broking US business in New York and Los Angeles with Aon Benfield and Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford. Following her return to London, Rebecca combined her underwriting and broking expertise to develop specialist facilities for Crisis Management at Lockton’s in-house MGA, Omnyy, as well as Ensurance and Rokstone. Most recently, she served as Head of Terrorism & Political Violence at Guy Carpenter, working closely with Lloyd’s syndicates and company markets to deliver strategic solutions across the Marsh global network. Rebecca brings extensive market knowledge, technical expertise and international experience to CJ Coleman, supporting clients with specialist insurance solutions and trusted strategic advice.
