Toby Coleman

Managing Director

Before joining CJ Coleman in 2008, Toby built his career at Arthur J. Gallagher, managing a diverse portfolio of single-territory and multinational accounts across the London, European and Bermuda insurance markets. As a Director in the Property team, he specialised in designing complex property and terrorism programmes, working closely with retail and wholesale brokers across a broad range of industry sectors. Appointed Managing Director of CJ Coleman in 2014, Toby continues to play an active role in placing and managing Binding Authority business. He works alongside established and emerging MGAs, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise and market access to help build successful delegated authority portfolios.
